Wyoming Main Street Custom Design T-Shirt

Guess what? We won a state-wide design competition and our shirts were worn across the country at a national conference!

Earlier this spring, Wyoming Main Street put out a call to action for graphic t-shirt designers to help them design a shirt for the upcoming National Main Street Conference in Richmond, Virginia. One of the stipulations was that the design had to incorporate both Wyoming and Virginia. 

We played with the idea of state outlines, state flowers & trees, and state mottos. Ultimately, we decided to play off of the state mottos and came up with “Virginia is for Cowboys” with a Virginia state outline at the top and a buffalo inset. Wyoming Main Street loved the design as much as we did and we were selected as the winners! 

We worked with Wyoming Main Street to incorporate the Main Street community partners, sponsorships, and additional logos needed. Then we got to work printing and producing over 50 shirts for the Wyoming contingency to wear on their trip. 

We loved seeing our shirts on stage during the Great American Main Street Awards in which Laramie Main Street Alliance won! 

We are thankful to the Wyoming Business Council and Wyoming Main Street for the opportunity to compete and look forward to the competition next year!
